    What I've gathered so far is Esc - liquid tape or corrosion x ( voids warranty ) Shower caps - chassis Plasti-dip servo's What about the radio box ? Are you guys sealing it somehow ? What about outerwear covers ?

    Does Anybody know if the Tcs xl Tvp's are the exact same size as the XL tvp ? Or if any of the after market Tvp's are the exact same size ? Tcs xl 1offRC Desert boy I see Hpi makes a xl flux tvp but I'd like something Beecher when I get my flux.

    Cool , Thanx 88gtanotchback I've been reading on batteries as well 4s and 6s , from what I've read 4s is easier on the esc and motor. I'd like to be in the 45 - 50mph range. Any gearing recommendations ?

    25% trinity monster I'm sure you'll get a 100 answers . I think byrons is awesome but Hpi engines leak . Just my opinion . Thats what we run here .... Byrons or trinity 25 - 30 %

    I've heard about the overkill on the shocks and 7950 steering servo , but I overkill everything (; and I figure that's what monster trucks are all about lol I'm not a big fan of the single shock look

    I mounted the fuel tank properly today , I had to shave some plastic off of the mounts . I used a utility knife and just cut down on the mount with a chopping method , this way it did not ruin the threaded hole . For the inside mount I cut a sliver off , leaving the tiny post still on that fits...

    Bolts are a little longer than I wanted but they are twice as thick as the stock bolts.

    Found some screws I saved from some shelves I built, using them for the dusk big bore shocks . I had to drill out the hole in the shock tower , and a bigger hole in the shock screw whole thing-a-ma-jig . LOL
