Edit joint bars

I still have to shave some plastic off the fuel tank mounts , so the tank wil sit flush on the tvp side plate. I also have to find some longer bolts for the dual big bores. I'm pretty happy with the tension on the suspension. After that it'll sit till I get the Picco and the pipe, probably tax time.

Scraps ... LOL

That's the cen 7.7 pipe . Suppose to be a good pipe for the 5.9 .
Never ran it though so I can't confirm it . YouTube has a lot of bids on it . They also say the 086 pipes are good for the 5.9

Nice builds so far DGCON. As a suggestion, you should've got the IRC mid-tank kit to go along with them. Adding their mid-tank kit really cleans it up if you plan on goin that route one day. And you can also get in black ano. And a tip on the IRC TVPs if you didn't already know it, but, you can't run a roto start with their TVPs and X-style bulks. The motor sits to low and you can't get a good angle to get the roto start shaft in there. I know it says it somewhere on their site and I know from personal experience. I'm basically runnin the same set-up except for the fact that I've got their 250cc mid-tank kit and LST shock mount kit. Here's my build thread if you wanna check it out.

Thanx i'm just a Basher, I've never had problems with the half lean thing .
My XL was my first RC and unknowingly I didn't like the long fuel lines and shortened them, later to find out I eliminated the problem my friend had LOL.

I'm just a basher too. Although I do plan on tryin my hand at racin a few times. The main reason I went with the mid-tank is cuz it adds extra protection to the tank sittin between the TVPs as compared to exposed on the side. Plus, I now have a 250cc tank compared to a 160cc tank. My first mid-tank I had a 290cc which gave me 20-30 min run times.

I didn't know about the roto-start until after I ordered the irc , I read it on somebody else's thread. I was mad at first , then after a couple bud lights I thought " This is all the more reason to get the Picco " LOL
Ive never used a pullstart so I'll be researching on that till I get it.

I'm in Michigan , too crappy to run anything here right now , nothing but slush and snow ... Wish I had a "fully" waterproof Flux right about now !

Used a penny and a 7/16 socket to squeeze the rear bearing in with vise grips.

The rear hub eliminates a lot of parts . Had to reset the top arm in the second hole down after I put the tires on.

Tires cover up most of the purple . I wish these came in black , don't got the cash right now for ANO.

Found some screws I saved from some shelves I built, using them for the dusk big bore shocks . I had to drill out the hole in the shock tower , and a bigger hole in the shock screw whole thing-a-ma-jig . LOL
