Hey just trying to figure out what tires/rims to get for my xl, my stockers are about shot and i really don't want to buy another set of stock,i've not really spent alot of time on rims/tires,so i need some help.

i'd just as soon run water, as have to run blue thunder. oil content is way to high. i run byron's 30% with 12% oil content, and thus far its the best i've found..

heard this a lot with the xl, first thing i did when i got my xl was to seal the motor with copper rtv, back plate and carb,you may also want to check your manifold seal, if its not good and tight ,oil will leak off into the OWB causing it to slip, seen alot of ppl ( including my self) use two...
just a side note, i had a lot of trouble with my mid range needle wanting to work its self loose, just a dap of rtv fixed it right up, so u may want to keep a eye on that, also, i never was a fan of the alumfoil on the head, got a old sweat band, the type for your wrist, they work wonders ...
