I have seen this product mentioned in other threads as well as other forums.
Ebay Link

While assembling my truck, I did a good amount of reading on the parts I had to buy, this included servos. While I had to stay within a budget, I wanted to make sure I got something that was going to make me happy as well.
For my servo's, I wanted hitec 5625 for throttle and 5645 for steering.
I got a ebay deal on the 5625, but cound get a good deal on the 5645.
So I ended up going with one from cheapservoman. He sells on eBay and at times, you can find a listing on RCU (maybe a better deal as well).
When I assembled everything, I had a tough time getting the servo mounted on the truck, but I am going to call this user error as the more I messed with it, the more I realized it was my "patience" issue.
When I was bench testing the electrics of the truck, I was very surprised how quick this servo was reacting and moving those wheels when the truck was on my stand. I did notice the servo was louder then the hitec, but when this truck is fired up, does it really matter?

Fast forwarding to the usage:
I busted out my Xss this weekend for break in and a bit of a tune.
Better yet, lets fast forward to when the truck was really moving.

I really put that servo to the test today as the parking lot had a lot of puddles from melting snow, this servo would turn the truck on a dime, and if I turned too quick while going too fast, it would flip the truck on a dime.
So far, after 5 tanks, I have nothing to complain about with this servo. It does the job really well.

Now my point of this posting is not to say this is the best thing out there, but rather to let people know that for the money, its pretty damn nice and does the job well.
-No, I have nothing to compare it to. This is my first savage and my first steering servo for it.

However, if your in the situation of a budget, need a low cost spare, or whatever the case may be. I say at this point, this is well worth it for the money.
