lean fuel question

I was wondering if it made a difference weather I put 2 loops in my fuel line. To take care of the lean problem, for my Savage X.

But what I was wondering is would it be better if I put 3 loops, or would that be a problem???

Has anyone tried this before?

hmmm i'm not sure actually, although i have heard of people using a longer fuel line to try and help with the problem but i haven't myself!!

how big is your fuel filter if you have a small one you will never get a good tune

I had a fuel filter, but I broke it. So now it's like 30cm standard fuel tube with 2 loops.

What is your definition of a 'small' fuel filter? I have one of the little Du-Bro anodized ones.

The fuel tank has a filter built in, adding another filter down line will only cause more restriction to the fuel supply and is not needed. Some trucks suffer the half tank lean and some don't, you can try all sorts of configurations with your fuel line but adding too much can cause more harm then good sometimes.
