Hi guys!

Just like the title says, will the front/rear diff of our savage fit into the alza center diff kit? Or I will need to buy the vorza center diff?

I saw that as well, but didn't see any replacement parts for that diff on there. Cups wear over time on the output shaft and without seeing what's in the cup, I'm hesitant to buy it... then again, it's $50 for the entire thing, so probably still worth it. The cup itself looks like the HPI cup with a specific use cap/gear on it. So, aside from the output shafts themselves, the diff cup and internals may be just all HPI compatible.

Ya that was my thought, if it wears out it's only 50. The center diff from Alza, I think you would have twice as much in that by the time you were done. I ordered something from them Friday I should be getting it today see what kind of quality this place is

Keep me posted on here if you would. I want to do something about mine early in the season this year so I can hopefully not tear up pinions so often. I only run 4S, but still, I've gone through 4 diff pinions in about a year of bashing. Tried loosening my slipper a bit the other day, but we all know how the savage slipper works... slips once, then slips always. LOL! Well, until you take it back off and rough up the pad.

Maybe start a new thread outside of this thread. Then we can keep track if anyone else buys stuff from there. If I blow a diff, I'll get a new one from there. I need diff gaskets. The one I just replaced the bearing doesn't have a gasket in it. I used RTV, but that doesn't allow the 1mm or so of space a gasket would leave. Seems to spin fine though.

When I get home I'll take some picks of what I got from them yesterday, and start a new thread

I have not ordered the center diffs from them. But I have ordered the bulkhead braces. And I'm very glad I did.. I was tired of breaking bulkheads Quality is good. Customer service is also good. I ordered the center diff from rc4me.US.. It's holding up very well to my 6s bashing

The savage diff is the same as the vorza diff and fits the Alza. You just need to change the drive cups and the spur gear

Thanks for the info!

Yeah vorza cups 48 vorza spur and 11 pinion to keep the heat down on the esc

thanks for the info. I am currently using the center diff from RC4ME. It comes assembled for only $50. But f it doesn't hold up I will go with the alza setup. I already have the alza bulkhead brace kit. and its great quality and really helped a lot .
