looking info on glowplugs guys

okay there are loads of different glowplugs on the market, what one should i go for on my savage x4.6?
the last week i have just went through 3 on each of my machines, I'm thinking cause they are only up and running now maybe! i don't know.
any u guys got links for what to get as in a general purpose glowplug so they can do my savage and my 2 xtm2

So if I'm using 20% I should be using a hot plug in my picco? According to the list there medium plugs are for high nitro I'm using the mc-8. And the O'Donnell med. Plugs
