lrp .30 help please!

hey people. i am having some trouble getting a nice tune my lrp.30. one minute its running nice the next its cutting out. also I'm finding it hard to get the temps up but when i lean it out abit it starts to bog. i am running it rich all the time it seems?!? what do you guys think?? lsn need a look at maybe?
