Banks: God I hate them.

The courts just signed all the papers yesterday for us to get a large chunk of money but instead of cashing our check this morning the bank is withholding funds for 30 days. This is why I hate banks and don't use them for anything anymore. This is messing up a ton of stuff. Our lease is up on our appartment very soon and we were sopposed to be buying a house but that is now all messed up. We will not be able to travel to NC next month either because of this. Plus no new motor or parts for my savage since my nephew is moving out and I will have to start paying his half of the bills and rent.

I have lost everything I had before because of identity theft and have spent over 3 years paying off the debt that that caused me. Finally a break in life and then the banks do it to me again. I believe that banks are a hugh part of the problems that plage this world today.

apartly there is a 30 day period in which an apeal could be filed so the bank is not going to issue the checks till the end of that 30 day period.

oic alex, yeah that has to do with the estate prolly. funny that they would issue a check to you before that "grace" period but again, things must be different state-to-state.
