RPM upper arms very tight?

Hi i am fitting my RPM arms and the upper arms are very tight.The lowers fall down when held up and let go of but the uppers don't(without the shocks fitted).It says not to alter any of the arms as they are an exact fit.Should i leave them to wear in or should i file them?Thanks for any info.

Thats hard to say.You can move them but they don't move freely by themselves?

can you tap it down or do you have to push it down? Is it bearly keeping it's self up?

I have to push it down.A tap wont work.A tap will move it but only as far as a tap will?

If it takes effort just sand them a little it may just be the seams from the molding that is making them hang up.

Hudy makes an a-arm reamer. If your going to file them be very careful and check fit frequently. Good luck.

That or you can remove some plastic for the bulk head i had a problem like that and just took my grinding tools until if was good and it moves freely now.

Or they packed the mould to much and there bigger than what there sopost to be. Been doing plastics for over 10 years.

Thanks guys.I mailed RPM and they said i can file them gently a bit at a time like said above.They said they say don't modify to stop people whipping out a Dremel and sanding half the arm off.
