nitro, your gonna get some of the "mill guys" to chime in here & hook you rite up.

a nitro mill only has about 11-12 parts so its well within your ability rockout

its a .25 you said.... so by the time you buy the piston sleeve and con rod .. bearings ect ... your better off getting a new and bigger mill. like the .28's .. whole new mill is cheaper than rebuilding one ..welll not cheaper exactly but for a lil more you get a brand new mill. the hpi f4.6 is around 180. the lrp z.28 spec 3 is only around 160. so go with a new mill scrap the old one be happy lol.but if you decide to rebuild your old 25. its very easy nothing to it ... once you tear into it and see the few parts it has it is kinda self explanitory like frddy mentioned theres only like 12 parts to a nitro mill.very easy to do. good luck hope this helped. sorry i got no vids links. happy bashn.

When you rebuild an engine you'll need a new piston/piston sleeve and possible swap of the bearings. I would just but a .28 and sit back and enjoy the power.

I have a 25 and you won't find parts for it I tried. Just get a new mill. It's time to up the power and destroy those revo's and tmaxx till they cry.

thanks guys ! this is my girls truck mine is fine i have the axial .28 on mine, and I'm not totaly sure she needs a rebuild yet, i gotta get the parts to get it going first. "OWB and such"
I'm just trying to do my research ahead of time so I'm not cought off guard if it dose come down to a rebuild..

I wouldn't even spend the money on the oneway for that motor. Just buy the axial comes with a oneway and save yourself alot of headaches
