Why does my receiver cut out

I'm having a problem with my receiver cutting out. Radio works great until i start the truck then it starts to go hay wire.I got a new spectrum dx2 changed battery still running AA and changed the switch worked great for about one hour now its back to doing it.Could it be the AA? The truck is new to me savage x 4.1 its driving me nuts.

I just bougjt the dx2.0 and I'm finding out its a complete waste of money. I get brutal range, like a tenth of what its supposed to. How useful is that! My stock am was better.
