Which front dog bone to buy for a flux hp converted to xl

just a quick ? the other day i was out at a stone quarry and busted up my diff cup and the front dog bone pins was busted also ..found the dog bone laying were i thought it might of busted out but not sure if i could use a rolling pin to fix it or not..I really just wanna go and buy stock stuff but heres the question..do i get the front dog bone for the xl or for the regular hp?it is a hp extended to the xl and its the thttp://i1217.photobucket.com/albums/dd394/rkgriffy/2011-03-29_15-48-15_554.jpgower hobbies tvps..thanks for any help

Are you taking about the front dog bone that goes from the tranny to the front diff or the drive shafts that come out the sides of the front diffs to the carriers ?

It doesn't matter if it's extended or not the only thing that will change when extended is the rear dog bone.
 
ya its the one from front diff to tranny..well heres the thing it took me a while to get my stuff out but i got the dog bone from the regular hp..and slid it in between the shafts and it wont fit?why would it shorten the front dog bone some and due all the extending with the rear bone?

I'm not sure but iv had the same front dog front since my savage x and iv extended it to me an 4cm longer and it still fits.
 
Ok so this is probably the rear dog bone from the regular hp?cause it don't fit as u can see in this pic...also i bought this kit off a guy that had this all done already on the xl tips and this is the extra dog bone left over but I was just thinking if u buy the kit off tower hobbies which is where he got it that it comes with the rear and front dog bone correct?ill just have to buy another one I was just worried which one to get but I think the extra I have is for the rear
