You could try epoxy like JB Weld, but I'd just assume buy new wheels.

Been doing this hobby for about 30 years and have never found a reliable method of repairing wheels...
Save for a new set and buy good ones like RPM... Their warranty is the best I have found and their quality parts last a long time.....

Most of the savage line comes with 3.2 wheels, some with a 14mm hex, most of the later ones come with the 17mm hex and standard offset.....
you can also find 3.8 wheels and tires all mounted and those will have a 17mm hex also.... Proline does offer some....Most of their mounted ones will fit the savage without any mods needed......

RPM also is a good source for wheels, they don't sell them with tires as I recall, but they do have 3.2 wheels with 1/2" offset called stablemaxx with a 17mm hex and their wheels are some of the best around.....
