What Length? Lunsford Turnbuckle

Got the Lunsford titanium turnbuckles, just wondering what length I should adjust them to? And I noticed there's a notch on one side of the rod, does this face any particular way? Cheers!

The notch is there so you can put em all the same way so when adjusting the toe,camber etc they all turn the same way to adjust, remember there are left and right threads on them.... as far as the length I would use the factory settings at first, then adjust as needed to bring them into the right length.....

I think the groove denotes the LH thread side so I would put the groove nearest the arm, but either way is actually fine, it is just up to you ....
