What could I get for my Savage X 4.6

Hey,

I am thinking of maybe selling my Savage X for something different. I know the resell value for a Savage isn't the greatest but was wondering what I could get. The motor has 4 gallons on it.

- Bearing mod to steering posts
- I am sure theres more but just cant think of it all

I still love my Savage but I just don't have time for a nitro anymore. I have been in and out of hospitals so much I just don't have time to tune and constantly maintain a nitro. So I am thinking of getting a 8ight 2.0 and putting a brushless conversion kit in it. Hopefully you guys will still let me come back here once it's gone.

sounds like 400-500

but, like you said the resale market for used rc's is terrible

with all those never ran parts you may do better parting it out

Good to hear. And from what you said I was in the right ball park. I have it listed for $400. I am thinking of parting it out. But don't want to be stuck with a whole bunch of stuff that wont sell. I have a couple guys interested in it by my house so we will see how it goes. If it doesn't sell that way, you can basically count on me coming back here and selling every part.

ya its a darn shame, some people here have hundreds and hundreds of dollars sunk into there savages and you never make it back but it still doesnt stop any of us from dropping a fortune on them does it?

Yep, we are spending money upgrading parts little by little all the time and it adds up.

I actually don't. Right now its at the hobby store I work at so I cant get any pics till I go to work again.
