My Savvy when is turned off goes forward but doesn't go backwards and when its on its only neutral and reving high is it my differential if not please tell me whats wrong 🙁

Hmm tricky.
Do you have reverse installed or done something recently to the truck?
When you say it doesn't move backwards, do you mean that you are not able to push it backwards as though something is binding? Normally if you push it backward the spurgear should start to turn.
If i had to have a guesse i would say that the problem lies either with the diffs or with the tranny. If you have a savage X its easy to check both.
Its highly unlikely that both your diffs are blown so I would first check the tranny by taking off the top cover and removing the internal gearset and see if you can then move the truck backwards. If so the problem lies with the tranny and possibly the OWB other wise the problem is with the diffs. With the top of the tranny case off, also check that the clutchbell is spinning freely and that the bearings aren't siezed.
