you can see a vid that they actually use a robot in a fish tank.

my question is

how will sealing a servo affect heat dissipation

The easiest way for the servo is to purchase the HPI SF-4 I believe maybe its the 5. Otherwise, use the Traxxas servo's the ones in the BL E-Revo are Digital and have roughtly 130oz I believe. I can't remember the number they are. I can get it this weekend though if interested.
