Wake up my xl 5.9 need help please!!!

New to the group names mike I’m from the uk.

I'm hoping with your help, can wake up my 5.9.
I’m going to try and fit a lr32.
Only one I can get is a lrp .32X
So trying to find the parts to convert to the pull start
Below is a pic with a back plate. Do you guys know if it would fit.

Have you already bought the engine ? I just put a Dynamite big red.28 in mine and it performs well

I can’t find one of those black plates in the UK.

ive ordered lrp30 and lrp32x for the end of the month.

Yes but they are producing new engines only at the moment. My supplier been intouch with them. Still gonna need a black plate when I get the .32X

got a question for you. I’ve found a lrp 30 rota start. Kit. Reckon be ok to fit to a .32X
On the website it fits but advised not for sport models.
Rather a pull Start. But it’s a part that’s possible.

Not familiar with LRP . Never owned one . You could give it a try . If lrp is bankrupt I hope you aren’t putting good money into a lost cause

apparently that was last year and started a fresh company bought them out. From what I heard load new motors coming out. So fingers crossed

I think it was a 3 years or so ago they went bankrupt, then started a comeback a year or so ago.
