Vintage R/C Truck

[Jam Racing 1]

I have had this Monster since about 1990 or so, it is a USA 1 Nitro Crusher made by Kyosho. I recently took it all apart and did a good cleaning and resto on the rig. I hardly run it cause parts are getting scarce for it, My son Jason and I both have one and we made some parts for it to strengthen the rear of the chassis where it is weak because stock it just has a rod with ball ends on it to beef up the rear. I went one better and Jason helped carve out the rear brace and make it fit. I doubt the rear will bend now..... I also made a better front shock tower and made a better upper deck so the front is strong too. I steer this beast with a 1/4 scale servo and it does steer unlike when it was stock....



Here is a few pics of the brace and upper deck we made. along with a couple pics of the 1956 Ford F100 pickup body which I think fits the vintage theme really well........
