vented holes in the tires

I installed 4 badlands onto 4 maximizer beadlocks. Neither has any vent holes. I noticed it when I finished putting together the last one. What would be some ways to put a few nice holes without taking the tire off? I'd rather poke holes in the tire instead of the rim. Had a ton of water collected in my last set.

Yeah it would be a lot easier to take the tires off and drill a hole at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock then in the tire at 12,3,6,9 o'clock. That's what i did anyway.
