Tranny Box shifting

alright, i know that you can change when and how the gears shift, by doing something with this tranny box.
but i have no clue how, or what.
here is my situation: my engine will rev really high, and ill just be going as fast as i can in first gear, but it wont change to 2nd, let alone, ill never hit thurd
what should i do?

Read the manual. It says how to adjust it. If you don't have the manual you can download it from hpi.

ive read the manual, and ive done what it says
but it does not shift for me, still

Have you reduced the teeth on the clutch bell while using a 52 toothed spur? A 14 CB w/ A 52 spur can make first gear hard to reach. And the same for second gear. Just in case this applies.
