Too many engines too choose from.

I know this subject has been beat past death, but i have yet to see a good head to head on two engines, these are what I have nailed myself down to either a Picco P3-.28 which is setting in the case at my LHS, looking like the puppy in window, or a Axial .28RR Spec1. Now if any of you have seen or heard of these running head to head let my know the outcome. Oh some if I have a Savy 25 that 99.9% stock and want to start some modding on her. I've got a buddy with a Savy X SS 4.6 and we run head to head on a backyard track thats under construction. Thanks guys, BTW great board one of the nicest layouts I've came across....

Welcome Matt... I am not sure if anyone on this fourm has a axial .28rr
but if you get one, it would be nice to have a review on one,

Anyway to anwers your question , no I haven't seen or heard anyone running thoes two engines head to head, only because I have seen only a few of the axials .28rr

To hop up your savy.....What are you looking for Bling or tough stuff? Cuz the Bling IMO is not worth the down time if your bashing or even racing I took all my bling off pretty much or moded my bling in a way that works for example. I bought some Golden Horizon aluminum upper A arms and the turn buckles broke alot. So I put a 1/4 roll pin it its place now They don't brake. I had Integy shocks on the MRS8's but They too broke down (I will give them credit though they did last a while bad driving lead to there failure) now I'm running hot bodies shocks all 8 so far there ok if I don't SLAM into concrete Blocks...lol I am working on a roll bar that should help protect the truck in more ways than one Hopfully...Good luck with the hop ups...I do recommend the RPM upper and lower A arms My bud has them on his truck and I can say there tough...(The plastic ones his are Blue)...
