So as you probably seen in one of my older threads, "Which TVP is better" and it's come down to the final 2 (there was only 3 LMAO) but yeah, they are both from FLM and with in my price range....

I know a lot of the members here run the EXT TVP's and will suggest them to me,
but i also realize with the EXT TVP's ill have to get the EXT rear drift shaft and mod a mill guard,
also could mod the rear TVP brace or buy the from FLM so the drive shaft wont rub against the stock one..

What do you like to do with the truck? I had both. The short was good for wheelies multi back flips easy front flips etc. For all out driving I liked the exts. Not as easy to front l but backs are still easy enough and much better control over all. Just add a wing no need for a cage..

Mosley bash...very seldom do I hit jumps (as there are no tracks near me) so I go to the baseball diamond 🙂
If I go with the EXT I guess I could use a 47/18 for wheelies right ??

Thanks frddy, ya i stole, i mean bought Banks Std lcg tvps, which are still being used and i love them, i was going thru cb's and spur gears with the stock tvps and engine plate flexing, have had no issues after about 1.5 gallons so far. Sorry these are the only pics i have right now of them, trucks been long done and bashed up now.

What truck body is that alex? its sweet.
 
I've been wondering about powdercoating myself. As long as you didn't use the textured stuff I would think it would be fine. Wouldn't add enough thickness to be concerned about. I know a guy that would probably pc my tvps for free. Debating on whether it's worth it or not on the XL tvps though. I'll probably wait until I get new ones, haven't decided what I want yet. Might go CF.
