durning the winter up here in canada !!! not usa it is cold !!! and nitro's up here do not run in -10 degreses C they will not run for a few minutes decently so i am thinking about going LiPo bl electric tell me some good set upp that includes every cost if any one on here has converted a x to electric also the nitro is making my asma wayyyy worse

unless you plan on waterproof electronics i wouldnt do this, i always cringe when i race in muddy/water tracks as all it takes is one drop of water to go into the wrong place and your scewed

-10C do you now think it gets colder than that here, LOL? It's definitely not out of the ordinary that we see a few days that are -29 Deg C here in MN. It was -12deg C this morning. LOL gatta give ya a hard time.

I have to agree with Bad on this one the BL systems are not quite water proof yet and cannot take wanter so you would have to watch the winter driving. Now you can go to like the E-Revo or whatever that is Brushed and is waterproof. You can then go with LiPo's and have a heck of a lot of fun as well.

One way to get your Nitro to run better is to wrap the cooling head with tin foil or like I did with my R/C snowmobile cut the head off and still wrap it a little with Tin Foil.

i was just saying after -10c they do not like to run and sease i have had -40 and had to clean 10 drive ways so it is cold upp here

LiPos (batteries in general) don't like low temperatures either. Very low temps not only reduce the capacity of batteries, it can also permanently degrade it, especially with LiPos.
