Hey guys this mod is for the stock plastic diff case.
Ok first of all as you can see on the diff case you have 2 holes 1 on each side for the TVP and you have a little nub above the hole well for some reason i didn't have a "nub" there was nothing for me :dunno: so what i have done is used a 11/64 bit and drilled the hole out and i had this old brake line from auto class at school so i tapped out the brake line to 4mm and then cut them into 1cm pieces and then pressed them into the holes in the diff case..
Picture Time =)
• Here is the brake line tapped out to 4mm ::
• Here is the hole with the brake line pressed in ::
• and as you can see you can have 2 capped head screws in there instead of one![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
and BTW it is ok if you drill all the way through (like i did) look in the picture below on the opposite side
(didn't think the macro was that good on my camera, man i need to clean up haha :duh: FACE PALM MY SELF !!) ::
So there you have it a nice easy to do mod (not sure how much it will help) but it looks COOL !
Thanks
