Has anyone had problems with stripping the threads that hold the TVPs onto the radiobox, transmission, and things like that? It seems to me that having the roll bar screws screw into plastic wasnt a very good idea... My roll bar takes quite a bit of beating and some of the threads seem to be not so good anymore. Anyone have an idea on how to repair plastic threads?

CA also works pretty good. You just have to make sure the surface is clean.

CA.... Clear Apoxy. A.K.A... Super Glue. You will find the LHS's way over price the same dang stuff you'll find at a drug store payless or even a hardware store for that matter.
Of course they will not go out of their way to share that with you, do they?...
I guess it all depends on where you live and what the names of these type of local Payless or Long's drugs stores are called.
Rest asured,... Any place else from a LHS is going to be cheaper to buy something you need in this hobby that isn't specialized.
Alloy Tranny case?... Eh.. Not worth the cost and wieght gain... Better suited for shelf queen bling.IMO
