The problem that I am having is that when the glow plug is in and I try to start it. The rotostart doesn't turn the engine over.

If I back the glow plug out a little, it still won't turn over.

If I take out the glow plug completely, it turns over like nothing is wrong. But the second that I put is back on, even a little, it won't do it.

Is this a problem with the rotostart backplate?

The rotostart is fully charged, and it's not flooded.

Thanks

Had already tried multiple rotostarts and batteries.

Tried the drill as well and nothing. Same as the roto's.

I am guessing that the problem is on the part of the rotostart that is connected to the engine. The backplate?

Haven't ran into this type of problem yet, so I'm just guessing right now.
