SPI Web Site

Hi
i have been trying to acess the SPI web site for weeks now http://www.spiracingwheels.com/
but keep getting this error message (You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.)

i have tried from work as well
any ideas how to solve this problem

i still get the same error form the link i posted
tried it from another computer in the house still same error
tried it from next doors computer works OK
work is using the same Internet provider as i do
maybe a problem there end
at least i know the site is working

It,s probably his browser, I couldn't get into SMF with AOL but can with Firefox
