spektrum trouble

i have a Spektrum DX 2.0 radio set. I am having trouble with servo's "wigging" out. my throttle and my steering will just start to do their own thing, and and the transmitter will lose control. I turn all off and on again and all seems to be fine, until it all starts again. ANy ideas?

Check your receiver battery levels and all the connections on your receiver. You might check the antenna wire and make sure it is still secure in the receiver. Have you gotten the receiver wet? If so you might want to let it dry out with the power unplugged.

I had some issues with this a while back. Horizon tech support said to make sure the rx antenna is not laying down (mine was) and the radio antenna must be pointed up for best reception. Try rebinding them again also. One thing you can do before running again is to have a friend walk away with the radio and you stay with the truck and try to see if there is any issues before possibly running the truck into a concrete sidewalk at wide open throttle!!:nono:

Try rebinding the radio and see if that makes a difference. Let us know it that works or not.
