I have a Spektrum DX4C transmitter and I would like to know if there is a way to set the throttle trigger for only forward throttle control. I realize that I can simply turn down the reverse or breaking endpoints to 0 but the problem is then my ESC won't initialize when powering up because it only see's half stick not the actual full stop or reverse. In other words I need the low point of the throttle to be where the center stick is now. Short of running a rubber band around the trigger to keep it in the full stop position is there a better way of getting around it? I hope that makes sense. On my Futaba radio I can manually set the trigger on the wheel radio's for a shorter brake/reverse travel throw but I don't see a way to do that with the Spektrum radio I have. I want to use it in an air boat with no reverse. Plus the ESC I'm using doesn't even have a reverse function. | |
