for that price, the Airtronics MX-Sport appeals more to me as the controls are all digital (no knobs). sure, the LCD, 10 model memory, and the ABS feature of the MX-Sport are nice, but the fact that there are no knobs makes it a winner in my book.

* i don't have the MX-Sport, but i do have the MX-3FG. i like it, but don't have experience with anything else besides the stock HPI and Traxxas radios. the range of the MX-3FG is just ridiculously long.

Would be a nice radio for the manufacturers to put on the RTR's stock.

Definately, would have been nice to get one of these with my savage, anything 2.4ghz over 27mhz.

Having no multiple model memory is no big deal for me, I'm using the DX2 and although it has a 2 model memory il only ever be using one memory for it as i only plan on using it for my savage, when i get my second truck il probably get another DX2 for that too, the point of having 2 trucks for me is to run 2 at the same time (my son and i) which you can never do with any radio regardless of its model memory.

If this didnt have the trim etc knobs then this would definately be the radio for my second truck, carry your radio in your bag to the bash site take it out and wham, all your settings have moved out of whack, that for me is what makes this radio a big no no.
