Check this out. Did this while tuning. I think it was because the bearings failed, because theres no way an ofna 28 could rip a robinson clutchbell in half....

NICE ONE !!!! :lmao: looks like they went south alrite. look at how discolored the back of the gear is. maybe the mesh tightened up on ya also by the look of them teeth there....
 
Nah those teeth just wear like that even with the mesh set perfectly....???? I don't know why they always did. lololol!
That discoloration is dirt. Haha this is kinda hilarious :lmao:
 
not all dirt. look inside where the bearings ride and is all purple and burnt looking to me.... either way ya need a new bell now :lmao:
 
have ya ever tried ceramic clutchbell bearings. i got some for my truck and so far they lasted all year with no sweat.....
