Simple Brake Question

When I try my failsafe out it seems that the brakes lock up good and hard but when I apply them using he transmitter they seem quite soft, best way to set them up to grab? they work but just doesn't seem they slow it down quick enough.

Is your transmitter set so the servo has full stroke or is it set for less strokea as this is adjustable on most transmitters unless your using the stock on.

If the Fail safe was set before this nob was adjusted it could be going further into the stroke. Sorry this is kind of hard to explain in words.

Make sure that your battery is charged and your linkage is set right(servo's centered)?
