Why do you have the brake arm down so low? If you plan on running it like that you need to cut the bottom of it off.

In the second video it sounds like the mesh is off. Either too loose and the teeth are slapping eachother or too tight and they are hitting eachother.

As for the holes you might be ok for now since its still cool outside. But you will want to put a hole (or two) in the windshield for airflow. You shouldnt be tuning enough to need the holes in the body to reach the carb. If you need to tune just take the body off. No need to cut more holes in that beautiful body than you have to.

noise.. how can the mesh be off? when i push it forward the spur does not even turn... is that bad? its like the transmission making that noise. any help on this would be appreciated keep in my i am a newb to the extend that when you said the brake arm is low i was like whats that lol!!!!

Are all the teeth ok on your spur gear. Are they rounded off? Its realy hard to tell in the video because its moving around so much. Put it on a box so the tires are off the ground and spin the tires. The entire driveline shound spin. Spur and everything.

it has never seen fuel yet lol!! haha ok i will do that and post a video of it..

maybe it should make it spin but for now when i just push it forward the spur stays idle as in it does not turn
 
If your spur gear doesnt turn when you move the truck something is wrong. Are the drive shafts turning?
