When my truck starts getting a little speed going the tires make it start to wobble. Any way to fixx this without getting new stuff?

Sounds like they aren't balanced. Did you glue them yourself? Is the foam seated evenly? Maybe there is water in the tire, not sure. How much wobble are we talking here? A video would be good.

Watch this video, maybe it could help.

agreed with Fx, i got same problem long time ago.. i take out the foam and dried it in oven at 60'C for few hour and get it function like normal after that..

how new are the tires cuz the foam could have torn causing them to be unbalanced? you can take some wood putty or modeling putty and put it on the opposite side of where the tire is the heaviest to balance it out but with the putty put it on the back side of the rim(e.g. if you have a dish wheel look at the back side of the rim you should see a bunch of spines the go outward from the center of the rim put the putty at the bottom of the spines where the bead of the tire is seated)

eric....

p.s. the putty should be on the back side of the rim
