setting auto-LiPo help

When I try and do this I follow every step. It seems easy untill I get to the last step. It says hold full throttle to turn it on. I do that and the esc blinks green likes it says but when i release it instead of beep beep beeeep with all the colors and a soild yellow like it just flashes yellow.

Does it set itself when you plug in the lipos??

I believe the auto-LiPo is set as the default...unless you're switching back from another setting, the esc should already be set to the "auto-LiPo" setting.

Yes it is set to Auto-LiPo as default. I believe it should beep as many times as cells in your truck so 6s is 6 deeps.

On the truck I set up I had a tad trouble getting it to respond right away as well. Plug and un-plugged the packs a few times and all the sudden it worked.

If you got it to the point that it will drive your good to go. If no driving and only steering its not working correctly try some more.

If you are going to be switching between nimhs and lipos get the Castle Link and you can switch it on the computer instead of fiddling with the esc, it's alot easier.

No just Lipos for me. I got 4 6000 mAh packs. and I just got the castle link for $20

The Castle link will make your life SO much easier.

It'll let you adjust alot of different options that are really nice to have when running a high powered BL system like this one.

You will soon be familiar with the Punch Control option 😉
