Savy Diffs

Do the savage flux and savage xl have the same diffs or are they different.

Well if you go to HPI's site they will have part #s listed for the diffs on the 2 trucks. Just check to see if they are the same part #.

the bulk heads are stronger on the flux

idk if the hd gears are the same

I did hear yesterday of a guy at sc burning up the pinion gear after doing some back flips

ya man they are different also the dog bons are different and the axels are , seems to be like the savage x ones

the bones are super heavy duty just like the xl. has standard length axles like I run though.

I was told that the diffs themselvs are the same. the bulkhead is different though. so I would say yes the diff is the same
