Savage XL Not Moving On Throttle

Hi All, I have just rebuilt my Savage XL and have had the car running for around 15 minutes without any problems. After a short break and running the car again, the car stopped and now does not move when accelerating. The car revs but doesn't move?

Any ideas would be appreciated,

Sounds like either u spur gear is slipping, or it stripped. did u look? ( the spur gear is the big plastic one)

Thanks for that. Checked the spur and it wasn't spinning freely. After stripping the car I found the engine mount wasn't in the correct position and the clutch and spur not in the correct position. Relocated the engine mounts and now clutch and spur aligned. Did the paper test and all is well again. We are moving.
