after wearing out 3 engines I had had enough and wanted something more durable and reliable so I built a new 11hp 32cc reed case engine on my savege and works great,,only 1 problem there was and that was it only pulled weelie.s and was therefore unmanageable ,even with the lowest throttle it lands upside down so i made it 11 cm longer.and now it drives and handles verry good and still weelies but not to mutch.
I used a oraginal 3 speed trans and putted in an extra gear so it turns the other way because i removed the slipperclutch and installed the engine directly on the transmission,and after the first run i orderd a metal first gear because it lived only one pull and the teath were gone.the diffs internals i replaced with hder gears and they still holding up.
I upgraded the suspension with 4 extra springs because it weighs now 8.6 kg .
