Savage Servo List

Hi all,

After seeing some incomplete lists of servos. I took couple of hours making a list of Standard size Analog and Digital servos that will fit our Savages and most 1/8th MT, Truggy, and Trucks.

All this data was taking from multiple sources off the internet. I have done Futaba, HiTec, Airtronics, and JR servos. If you have other manufactures in mind of servo's I have missed. Please let me know... Thanks,

I do need help in the posting format. Is there a better way to post this data? I have an excel spreadsheet of all this info. So there has to be a better way to post the tables into a thread. If you know please let me know. For now I am just pasteing a flat file format.

Ya, there is a lot of great information on that list. But unfortually it is too much information. Meaning that list has all most all servos listed. (Its missing a lot of the newer servos out today) Even servos that will not fit or made for 1/8th models. I'm refering about airplain, and heli type servos.

Among the 4 manufactures in the list, I got 98% of their servos listed that will fit and perform in our savages. I left 2% becuz I could have missed one. 🙂 Thats why if we like to see other manufactures listed, then please let me know. This is NOT a copy and paste job. I spent time making sure that every servo on the list will fit and perform well enough for a savage. Also confirming the servo specs from multiple sources. (I got tired of not seeing something like this made.)

That is the good part about this list, its made for Savage Servo Selection. Now I have to figure out how to display the information better.

ya i hear ya ,it covers all makes and models ....that is where i got the idea of running the cirrus servos......but without a doubt ,you did a great job nick.

Anyone know a better spring for the stock servo saver? I have the Hitec 5595tg in my savage but what lets it down is the stock spring in the servo saver. You also can't tighten the the servo saver spring any more then what is says in the manual as that limits the movement of the servo saver which defeats the purpose of it.

I'm working on get ACE servos added to the list. I've heard a few people having good reviews about them. Should be up tomorrow.
