Savage nitro transmission in flux?

hello, i'm rebuilding my old nitro Savage into a brushless version so i got 2 transmissions left of my nitro, a 2 and 3 speed, can i use them or is it a big or small no no???

if i loose the reverse it aint a disaster as longs as it will run forward perfectly i'm happy with it.

the outer case is identical on the X 4.6 rtr, X ss, XL & Flux.

you just buy the flux idler gear to convert the tranny to a flux single speed.

Think you will need to switch out the top gear in the three speed too but that is simple enough.

If you are making two why not make one the high speed flux trans with the 39tooth idle gear.

yep, either would work, that is the stocker i listed.

i have one laying around as a spare so thats sweet!

could you give me some more info/advise on doing it? some people say they wont be able to handle the motors power?
