Savage battery options

So as of right now I have a list of people that are *wanting* a receiver pack, but are not committed yet.

All of you want a Sanyo 2700 as far as I can tell except for Blazer who wants a main pack for his sons' Stampede. That's 30 cells and a pretty hefty cost right up front for me...so lemme know when you can and we'll commit to this thing! :jamout:

I run a racers edge 1600 been good except when you over charge it it dosnt like that they like to melt 😀

I've been using a Venom 1600 and the futaba switch harness w/charge cord excellant combo especially when using digital servos!!

I got inspired by you guys to build my own, been running it for a while and it is sweet.

Its 5 AA rechargeable 2450 mah

I used aquarium silicone to protect the ends from damage and moisture

just need some pretty shrink wrap and remove the tape....lol

Its not pretty but, it is sweet

I was thinking about doing something like that from read your other post about that and clicking on Chris's sig link. Where did you get that plug / wire? Is there some kinda diagram? I solder all the time and am pretty confident i can pull this off.
