savage 4.6 wont go anywhere

I changed out the differential and dog bones put it back together and now it will start but wheels wont turn. would it be the clutch or the transmission thats causing that, how do I tell?

Frist off welcome to the forum vaughan, we are happy to have ya!! Check and see if the grub screw are tight at your tranny and diffs.These hold the cups to the shaft on the tranny and diffs..

Did it work before you did the change outs? If it did, make sure the diffs are in correctly. As you look straight on at the diffs while they are in the bulkhead, both front and rear, the ring gear should always be on your left.

welcome!!! and also make sure you have the wheel pins in the hubs. i have left those out by accident and wondered y the truck wouldn't move!!!

thank you for the welcomes and glad to be here. I was referred by no limit fl. Now for the problem that I wa having yes pins were missing from the hub. other than that is just needed a bit of nudging like something was sticking then unstuck. So I ran it for a bit last night, and it ran perfect. Thank you for the help!!!
