RSC part numbers

I have apparently misplaced the manual for my RSC and am looking for the part numbers for the adjustable arms. I want to pick a set up should I break one at some point in time.

You're in luck, just found my manual, thought I'd lost it too.

Arm parts.

Spacers, washer, screws n nuts.
