ROTO START PROBLEM ( i think slipper clutch )

hey guys
i got a stock savage and it benn running great but recently i got a problem when i put the fully charged electric roto started the car jus wont start it sounds like it gets struck after one or two spins by the rotor so i am wonderign n e suggestions?

You mean the roto-starter locks up after a couple spins? It could be that the engine is flooded. That's really the only thing that I can think of as of right now. Just remove the glow plug, turn the truck on it's side(so you don't get fuel sprayed in your face), and turn the motor over a few times with the roto-starter. Hope this helps you out.
