anyone know of a decent rolll cage as was out today and realised might be a good idea for a bit more protection.

there a bit pricey ($110) but probably one of the best out there check out rcsolutions.com they build awsome roll cages and they are super strong!!!

ya those new era ones look good as well!! but the rc solutions ones look even more rugged to me!!! ya I'm still using the stock one on my savage x as well it works really well actually and has some "give" to it if you flip over, were the other ones might bend or get all scratched up

I also run the stock X one on my Basher which seems to work great, my head has never been hit. I don't run one on my racer yet but will when I get it cut which will hopefully be soon. It looks looks like this.

hey larsen can you make one like the x one in carbon fiber that would be cool
lokking and i would have to get one ,i am thinking about the engine plate you have

With my current products I am unable to creat one that wouuld go back from this over the engine. However, I suppose that you could use the stock X motor support and remove my rear cross tube and use that in place of it. You may have to use a sander or something on the one in the front to shorten it a tad so it's the same width as the plastic one.
