remote problem...

I'm new to the RC world. i got a used RC X ss as a trade thats in excellent condition. when i started it up and press the throttle, it brakes instead of running and if i press the brakes, the rc runs. isnt it supposed to be the opposite? is this a set up error. can someone me help me on how to get this fixed? thanks.

should be a switch on the remote that will reverse the operations of the remote.
what remote you running?

i have the HPI TF-4. i tried messing with the remote switches when that happened but was still the same. ill try to check it out. thanks.
