receiver? crystal?

i am having problem with my savage xl's receiver or crystal,co'z if start the truck the wheels would turn left and right and the throttle will move constantly and when i reposition or tap the crystal it will work fine,but when i do a jump or the truck will do a cartwheel the problem returns...so i'll tap or remove and return the crystal.....need help pls...can't figure out whats wrong with it....

buy a new crystal....and make sure the antenna isn't touching metal and it's the right length. also...check the charge on the batt.

If replacing the crystal doesn't work it may be where its attached to the reciever. if the solder joint isn't making a good connection it can get lose and it might cause that.
