Fake. Was put together in country. A little video editing and some not so placed laughs and all done. Privates are stupid but not even that stupid.

Yes it is Valiant Shield 2007. This was my deployment and yes the USS Kitty Hawk leading the fleet. USS Kitty Hawk 2005-2008.

We were supposed to be in this picture. We were all the way over the horizon at the top left of the picture when this was taken. Guess our boat wasn't good enough to be in the pic. Only thing I wasn't sure of was the B-2, I couldn't remember if they played or not. I know the B-52's played.

This was a big photo shoot due to the Kittys decommisioning! See me on the Flight Deck. I saw just about any aircraft there is. USS Kitty Hawk, USS Reagan, USS Lincoln. OH YAH we took 20 foot swells a month later.

Real. I think this picture was taken during exercise Valiant Shield 2007, a huge Pacific Fleet exercise off the coast of Guam.

It was taken then. I was on the Reagan at the time. We weren't allowed to be on any of the decks during the photo shoots. Funny thing is my job is launch and recovery of the planes and we couldn't even be on deck. Meh.
